1. Course Subscription

3-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase the Course subscription and find it's not the right fit, you are eligible for a full refund within 3 calendar days from the date of purchase.

  • Submit your refund request through the Billing page in your account within the 3-day window
  • Your refund is processed immediately upon submission
  • Course access is deactivated at the time of the refund
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method

After the 3-day window has passed, the subscription continues on a monthly billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • No refunds are issued for partial billing periods after the 3-day guarantee window

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 3-day guarantee period:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to Billing in the course platform sidebar
  3. Click "Request a Refund"
  4. Share brief feedback on what didn't work for you
  5. Your refund is processed instantly

4. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to use the built-in refund process or contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of your account and access to all purchased content.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following cases:

  • The request is made after the 3-day refund window
  • Evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service
  • The purchaser has previously received a refund for the same product

6. Private Lessons

Private lessons are arranged and paid for directly with the instructor, outside of the Site. Private lesson bookings are non-refundable once the session has been scheduled. If you need to reschedule a confirmed session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance at info@sithdaddy.org.
