3. Account Registration

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Products and Services

We offer digital educational content, including online video courses and written materials. We also offer private one-on-one lessons with an instructor. All products are delivered electronically and accessible through your account on the Site.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice. However, content that was available during your active subscription period remains accessible to you as described in the applicable plan terms.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Course Subscription:The Course subscription is billed monthly through our third-party payment processor, Dodo Payments. By subscribing, you agree to Dodo Payments's terms and conditions. You may cancel at any time through the Billing page or Dodo Payments customer portal.

Private Lessons: Private one-on-one lessons are arranged and paid for directly with the instructor. Payment method and terms are agreed upon individually before each session. These transactions are not processed through the Site or Dodo Payments.

6. Early-Bird Pricing Terms

The promotional price of $39/month is strictly limited to the first 100 active subscribers. This discounted rate is valid for the lifetime of your continuous, uninterrupted subscription. If you cancel your subscription and choose to resubscribe at a later date, the standard rate of $65/month will apply. After the first 100 spots are filled, all new subscriptions will be billed at the standard rate of $65/month. You may cancel anytime.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to videos, text, images, graphics, code, templates, and course materials — is the intellectual property of SithDaddy and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content
• Share your account access with others
• Resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any content
• Use any content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Record, download, or scrape any video or media content

8. Refunds

Our refund policy is detailed on our Refund Policy page. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our refund policy.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
